  Not a bad place to live, but the new property management were difficult to contact. That may be different now because it looks like the office is now open more during regular business hours. I lived there for a year and they kept the entire deposit for professional cleaning service, carpet cleaning, and fresh paint which was kind of shady since that wasn't included in the lease. The apartment definitely hadn't been professionally cleaned when I moved in. YMMV
